Aimee Gindin is an executive coach and keynote speaker who helps high-performing professionals lead with confidence, solve complex challenges, and thrive in both work and life. Her approach blends emotional intelligence, strategic thinking, and real-world leadership experience to support lasting, meaningful growth.
With a background as a former mental health clinician and C-suite executive, Aimee brings a rare depth of insight to her coaching practice. Her work is grounded in both the psychology of change and the demands of modern leadership.
During her 15-year corporate career, Aimee rose from unpaid intern to business executive. In 2023, she became Chief Marketing Officer at a renowned wellbeing organization, where she unified a fragmented marketing department after four acquisitions, increased the number of women in leadership roles, and improved employee retention and productivity by fostering an inclusive and empowering culture.
In addition to leadership and team development, Aimee offers support in areas often overlooked in professional settings, including the mental load of dieting, body image, and burnout. As a certified nutrition coach, she integrates body trust, stress management, and sustainable wellbeing into her coaching for clients who want to feel more aligned, energized, and at home in their bodies.
Aimee holds a Master’s in Counseling Psychology and has been featured in USA Today, STAT News, and HR Executive. She speaks regularly at conferences across the U.S. and Canada on leadership, communication, and whole-person growth.
