Clinical Expertise Meets Business Leadership

Aimee Gindin is an executive coach by day and children’s author by night. Her mission? To help leaders and young readers alike embrace who they are. Aimee channels her expertise through 1:1 coaching, keynote speaking, and writing. In addition to dozens of published business and lifestyle articles, she is currently writing her first children’s book that celebrates neurodiversity and the power of individuality.

With a unique background as a former mental health clinician turned marketing executive, Aimee blends her passion for personal growth with real-world business experience to create actionable strategies for professionals seeking positive change in their lives, careers, and communities.

During her 15-year corporate career, Aimee rose from unpaid intern to business executive. In 2023, she became Chief Marketing Officer at a renowned wellbeing organization, where she unified a fragmented marketing department after four acquisitions, increased the number of women in leadership roles, and improved employee retention and productivity by fostering an inclusive and empowering culture.

Aimee holds a Master’s in Counseling Psychology and has shared her expertise as a featured speaker at conferences across the U.S. and Canada. Her insights have been featured in publications such as USA Today, STAT News, and HR Executive.
